Q6 Cardinal Aug 23 - BaitFuel Fishing Tour

Overview

Cardinal is once again part of BFT’s seasonal event rotation for 2025. This is the last event of the season before the Championship and to ramp up the pressure it will be a RIVER ONLY Tourney!!

Cardinal Q6 will determine both the 40 boat field for the “2025 BFT Tour Championship ” as well as the “2025 BFT Team of the Year ” (TOY). It’s sure to be a pressure cooker until the final bag is weighed!!

Should any of Q1-6 need to be rescheduled, it will happen on Sunday, August 24th in Cardinal.

The same parameters that appear here for Q6 will be applied for the rain date.

The St. Lawrence River is famous for smallmouth and largemouth bass. Flowing for 700 miles from Lake Ontario to the Atlantic Ocean, the St. Lawrence River is truly one of Nature’s wonders. Given Cardinal’s location as a midway point in the lengthy, narrow section of the river, teams will face a challenge – run hard to wider sections to east or west, or test the river proper.
